The most famous coastal mountain is the Pao de Acucar (Sugar Loaf), which has wonderful views of the city, the bay, and the Corcovado (the statue of Christ).

With this package you will also visit the colonial jewel of Paraty- surrounded by beautiful, rugged beaches, numerous islands off the coast, parks with bromeliad plantations and waterfalls. Founded in 1660, its colonial heritage has been preserved- elegant colonial Portuguese churches and houses line the streets in this relaxed, laid-back town. Paraty has lots of bars, restaurants, shops and boutiques and is known for it's delicious cuisine as well as being one of the principal Cachaca (sugar cane spirits) distilling regions in Brazil. This package offers you a marvelous combination of nature and city tours, whilst staying in comfortable hotels and pousadas.
