Can I start by thanking you for everything you did for us - we had a marvelous time in Brazil, and in Rio particularly of course.
Without your endless help and advice, before and during the visit (and thanks for sorting the airport return out for us as well), we may have been able to do it, but it would have been so difficult, and we were relaxed and content that everything would be in place for us. The suggestions you made for us about hotels, tours and transportation were all excellent, and the choice was very good, and took into consideration any personal requests. Advice on what to include, and what options might be available were always offered. Our questions were always answered, clearly and very very promptly, enabling us to consider what we wanted to do. Once we had made the decision that we wished to book, the procedure to do so was straightforward, and again advice when problems arose was good. The service was superb, to the extent where personal telephone calls to the UK ensured everything was to our liking and satisfaction. We would recommend your service without hesitation.

Vanessa was wonderful. She arranged an unforgettable honeymoon for my wife and I. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect trip. One of the nicest parts of our stay was knowing that Vanessa was available should anything happen - which fortunately was not the case. We visited multiple destinations in Brazil: Rio, Búzios, and Fernando de Noronha. All of these locations were incredible and our transportation was seamless thanks to Vanessa. We want you to know that this vacation exceeded any expectations we had. Everywhere we went a representative from Condor was there to meet us, take us to our hotel, bus station, airport, tour, etc. It was absolutely fantastic and Condor represented themselves and your company extremely well. They were always courteous, punctual, very helpful and professional.
We can not thank you enough for the wonderful job you did in accommodating our wishes and setting up an itinerary to meet these as well as our travel dates into and out of Peru. The schedule was at a good pace for us as and we never felt rushed always having time to see the sights as well as time to ourselves. When we next decide to travel to South America, we will be sure to contact you.
